Down the Hatch!

 

With all original oriental spaghetti wiring aboard, including AC/DC panel under companionway with melted wiring, I thought it was time for an upgrade. After conversing on the HCOA site and finally boarding sv Horizon, I got a plan for replacing said panel and rewiring the mains.

 

Add to that the true spagetti......

So, start by ripping out the spaghetti, rewiring from terminal bars......

Run the terminalled wires to the area of a new distribution panel......

Plug into new distro panel......

Along with this, replaced the non-marine inverter and small charger for a combo pure dine wave relocated under nav station......

All in all a good project with great results except, what about the woodworking issues and new wires all over the place? and the list goes on......
